My whole life I have been extremely active being a gymnast most of my childhood, playing soccer in my teen years, and then colorguard in highschool. I love being outdoor and I love being active and playing sports. I honestly can say I never really hit weights inside a gym until I had my child in 2009. I began wokring out in July 2009 with the goal to lose my baby weight and to get into the best shape of my life. Little did I know that it would lead to what is now my life and career as well as competing in NPC competitions! I have been a trainer now for 6 years I am ISSA certified in personal training and nutrition. I specialize in helping people that want to lose weight, put on weight (muscle), tone up, and just overall get in the best health and shape of their life. I have started also helping girls with competition prep, which is something I want to go more in depth with as I progress in my career. I have 100% satisfaction and guaranteed results high ratings from all my clients. I have been labeled by some as the best in town however I do not aspire to be the best I just want to help as many as I can reach their goals. I’m big on clean eating and always tell my clients that working with me they will not just reach their goals but they will also learn. A healthy lifestyle is something that is forever and I want my clients to learn from everything they do so while they are trying they are also getting educated and can hopefully pass down the information to others. My goals for the future include obtaining my Pro Card and continuing the growth of my business. Being a motivator for others is what drives me to be the best I can be I truly love the healthy and fit lifestyle and live it every day. I aspire to be an inspiration to others and the reason that they continue to fight because they see that they can do it!!!

Camile has always lead an active lifestyle. She grew up in Half Moon Bay, California and played a variety of sports and swam competitively in college. She began weight training and developed a love for sculpting her body and seeing changes. In 2013 she decided to enter for her first bikini competition where she won 3rd place and wanted to improve her physique more. In her second NPC show, she won overall and decided to continue onto Nationals in Las Vegas, NV. At the 2013 USA’s, Camile earned her IFBB title by winning her class. Since earning her IFBB title, Camile continues to compete. In addition, she coaches NPC competitors and loves inspiring others on the way. Camile not only competes as a bikini pro, but she also practices in Santa Cruz, California as a registered dental hygienist and is married with a daughter. Health and fitness is her passion and she has found it as a way to influence and motivate others on their fitness journeys.

I was born and raised on the beautiful Northern Beaches of Sydney, Australia. I did competitive sports all through high school and competed at state level for Athletics. While at college, studying for my degree in Intertactive Multimedia, I competed in basketball and softball. I now run a design studio and live on Manly Beach in Sydney. My fitness journey really began 2 years ago, with the sudden passing of my father. I have always been blessed with an active lifestyle and been relatively fit, but his sudden passing made me realise how much of my life I was taking for granted and how important exercise and nutrition are for wellbeing. It inspired me to change my focus and make a commitment to my health and fitness. At the beginning of 2014 I made the decision to compete and was lucky enough to be taken under the wing of two of Australia’s leading fitness trainer’s – WBFF Pro Silvia Kovacsova and Australian IFBB Champion Daniel Fletcher. Their experience and knowledge in relation to training and nutrition has completely shaped my new found love of the industry and passion for health and nutrition. Their training style uses a high level of intensity and requires discipline and focus but I wouldn’t have it any other way. With their professional guidance through comp prep, I am more than confident to move forward and enter the next phase of competition. I’m still unsure where fitness competing will lead me but I do know this – this fitness journey is more to me than just seeing my body change. It has shown me that it is our ability to go beyond form that really determines our quality of life.
